WHAT IS B.R.A.W.L

INTELLIGENCE

What we mean by intelligence is B.R.A.W.L as a collective hold and is forever growing its knowledge base. How? Our members, B.R.A.W.L is made up of a diverse range of primary occupations within fields of which relate to the occupation, being education, security, law enforcement, fire safety and protection, government, courts, medical both civilian and military and the list goes on. This is one of the reasons that gives B.R.A.W.L the ability to state very clearly that we are the ‘Authority’ upon the Global Hospitality security industry. Each member of B.R.A.W.L becomes apart of that knowledge base and each member has the freedom to learn from it.

STRUCTURE

B.R.A.W.L Structure is designed for the ability to be a global entity, with this in mind the structure of B.R.A.W.L is quazi-military quazi-organizational, It has been designed like this so as to be able to have the flow of communication from any point within the Society to any other point within the Society in the shortest period of time. The B.R.A.W.L has a Hierarchical system consisting of 4 Levels, which is the same amount of Levels relating to the Micro environment of B.R.A.W.L.

IDEOLOGY

B.R.A.W.L Ideology is built upon the ‘Bouncer Code’. Our Ideology is Respect, Integrity, Loyalty and Diversity. We are a Global Society which embraces 100’s of cultures and 1000’s of languages and no matter what political belief or religion a member may be, they get our Respect for standing in our Boots working that door. As a Bouncer our Ideology is what defines us as the good guys.

Strategies for Safety

Our goal as a Global Society is to Empower Senior Bouncers Around the World to help make the Global Hospitality Industry a much Safer Industry.

It is not just the education that is needed to create SAFE BARS, the Senior Bouncers are taught how to construct Community Policing models, it is through the management and operations of these community policing models that allow the Senior Bouncers to have more control over the safety of the environment and in doing so uphold the level of enforcement of safety needed for a SAFE BAR.

EMPOWERMENT

B.R.A.W.L provides its Senior members the tools necessary to become a much more valuable Asset within the Industry and as such be taken more seriously by those within the industry that need help in making safer environments such as SAFE BARS. By bringing numbers of Senior Bouncers together within an area that have all upgraded to ‘Tutor’ level, gives the Senior Bouncers a much stronger voice when it comes to matters of Safety.

EDUCATION METHODOLOGY - SPECIALIZED OCCUPATION

B.R.A.W.L Human Resource Div. has collated knowledge and skills from our members ranging from all main categories which are targeted under the Higher-Level Learning System.

With literally thousands and thousands of particles of information’s that attribute to each of those categories which make up the occupation, the Division sifted out what we believe to be the main elements of materials that make up the level of knowledge that a Senior bouncer of the B.R.A.W.L should be able to learn and teach. Below are some of the categories that are taught to Seniors under Upgrade.
