B.R.A.W.L INVESTIGATIONS | PROTOCOLS AND POLICY PROTECTIONS

 

The B.R.A.W.L Operates a strict investigation system when it comes to defending our Members from charges of assaults and or other.

In the initial stages of the Event and immediately after charges have been laid against our member by local law enforcement, the B.R.A.W.L Investigation operates an information gathering stage, this includes secure contact with our member and acquiring of any and all information’s needed to assist in the assessment of the actions of our Official member of which the charges by local law enforcement have been made. This investigation and assessment is used

By Central Administration in enacting or refusing the Protection against Conviction policy ad protocol.

You acknowledge and agree to take part in any investigation of which Central Administration or the Obsidian Order undertakes relating to you, you agree to provide the B.R.A.W.L officials with any and all information’s which they request from you, you agree to provide the B.R.A.W.L officials with any and all information relating to the investigation and / or charges laid against you.

You acknowledge and agree that if it is found that you have provided false or misleading information’s to any Department, division, agency or Senior Official of the B.R.A.W.L you can be suspended, released or executed from the B.R.A.W.L.

APPEALS.

You as an official Member of the B.R.A.W.L if having a charge brought against them in relation to breaching any B.R.A.W.L policy, protocol, rule, terms and condition outlined within these official B.R.A.W.L Membership Terms and Conditions may Appeal the charge/s or outcome of a charge/s

Appeals can be made after an outcome has been reached by B.R.A.W.L CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION or the OBSIDIAN ORDER unless within the outcome it is clearly expressed why an Appeal cannot be made towards the Outcome.

If when an outcome has been made resulting in proving a charge against you, the official office of when signed the Outcome Letter must provide the relevant information of why an appeal against the charge/s cannot be made.

You acknowledge and agree that if an Appeal against the outcome is not submitted to CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION or the OBSIDIAN ORDER within the period of 28 days after the Outcome delivered against you that the Appeal cannot be accepted.

 

An Appeal against outcome can be made by Submitting a Letter of Appeal, which must contain the Charge Number and Outcome delivered from which office of the B.R.A.W.L and the reasons of Appeal for consideration by the Senior Administration of the B.R.A.W.L. The Outcome of the Appeal must be reached and delivered back to you within a time period of 28 Days.

 

 

 

LEGAL OPINIONS:

Legal Opinions.

You acknowledge and understand that the Senior Legal Council provides you with a Legal Opinion in relation to any information’s or instructions the Senior Legal Council provides you with. You acknowledge and understand that during the different stages of the ‘Protection against Conviction’ policy and protocol that information’s transgressed to you are provided by B.R.A.W.L Senior Bouncers (BSB) and other senior members of the Global Society.

You agree and acknowledge that the B.R.A.W.L may within the ‘Protection against Conviction’ policy and protocol provide you with a Lawyer / Barrister of which is to assist you in defending the charges against you. 

You acknowledge and agree that if given instructions by the B.R.A.W.L Senior Legal Council to relay to the lawyer /  Barrister of which is employed to defend you, that you will instruct that Lawyer / Barrister upon those instructions, unless those instructions are contrary to your defence.

STRIKING A PERSON IN A PRONE POSITION AND / OR LAYING UPON THE GROUND.

You acknowledge and agree that in an event where Physical combat is taking place, and if within that incident a person involved in the incident is in a prone position upon the ground, that you will not kick or use a weapon upon that person unless extenuating circumstances exists such as that person is holding a weapon and is likely to use such weapon if he rises from the prone position, You agree that if you Kick or strike the person laying in a prone position that you may not be covered by the ‘Protection against Conviction’ Policy and protocol under the B.R.A.W.L Global Protection Systems.

BRAWL OFFICIAL FORMS POLICIES

OFFICIAL FORMS.  OOR / OIR

 

The B.R.A.W.L Official Forms are a Part and Process of the B.R.A.W.L Global Protection System, this is why the B.R.A.W.L makes it MANDATORY that our members when in operation complete the B.R.A.W.L OFFICIAL OPERATIONS REPORT (OOR).

The OOR is required so as the B.R.A.W.L Senior Legal Council has a recorded system of events that our member has undertaken while in operations representing the B.R.A.W.L.

These Official B.R.A.W.L reports maybe used in defending charges towards our Members by local Law Enforcement and to provide information’s in defence of a Liquor License.

All Official B.R.A.W.L documents are held in secured storage within B.R.A.W.L CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION, these official B.R.A.W.L forms cannot be accessed by a third party unless given expressed permissions by the B.R.A.W.L member whom created the form.

ALL MEMBERS MUST COMPLETE FORMS

You acknowledge and agree that every time you end an operation at any venue where you have been representing the B.R.A.W.L that you will complete and submit an OOR unless extenuating circumstances exists where upon you do not have access to the internet to complete the OOR, such as arrest, Fire/Building evac or Bomb threat, Death or other reasonable cause.

You acknowledge and agree that by not completing a OOR within ‘5’ hours of ending an operation that you may not be covered by the B.R.A.W.L ‘Protection against Conviction’ Policy and protocols under the B.R.A.W.L Global Protection Systems for our members.

You acknowledge and agree that if an event of a physical nature takes place during an operation where you are employed as a Bouncer and you either do not complete and submit  a B.R.A.W.L OOR report or submit an OOR for that operation and do not, within the Report, enter information’s regarding the Physical Altercation, that you may not be covered by the ‘Protection against Conviction’ Policy and Protocols under the B.R.A.W.L Global Protection Systems.

You acknowledge and agree that submitting a B.R.A.W.L OOR of which contains misleading information’s in relation to the operations of which the report is created for stops you from being covered by the ‘Protection against Conviction’ policy and protocol.

You acknowledge and agree that submitting a Misleading B.R.A.W.L OOR or an ‘Official Incident Report’ (OIR) may have your B.R.A.W.L Membership at any level, suspended, released or executed.

You acknowledge and agree that if an incident of a Physical or other Nature takes place while you are in operations, and that such an event leads to charges being laid upon you in relation to the incident and you have not completed the Official Incident Report (OIR), that you may not be covered by the ‘Protection against Conviction’ policy and protocol of the B.R.A.W.L Global Protection system.

PROTECTION AGAINST CONVICTION.
Policy / Protocol.

If during the event of any of our Official Members of the Global Society of B.R.A.W.L are in operation representing the B.R.A.W.L are involved in a physical event and the outcome of that event leads to the arrest of any of our official member/s by local law enforcement, then the B.R.A.W.L PROTECTION AGAINST CONVICTION Protocol will be initiated.

B.R.A.W.L shall assign a Member of the Senior Legal Council to our B.R.A.W.L member.

The B.R.A.W.L shall conduct an initial assessment of the members actions in accordance with the B.R.A.W.L process and protocols for all B.R.A.W.L Bouncers when in operations and if found that the member has acted accordingly and within the B.R.A.W.L Protocols of operations, the B.R.A.W.L shall provide but not be limited to:

  1. Legal Counsel.
  2. Bail
  3. Letters of endorsement.
  4. Creation of a District or High Court Legal defence.

 

And any other means of which can be undertaken on behalf of the B.R.A.W.L member in having the charges that have been brought against our member dropped or proven false in a court of law.

You agree that at the time of the implementation of the ‘PROTECTION AGAINST CONVICTION’ Protocol, that you will follow all instructions given to you by way of the Senior Legal Council member that has been assigned to you, unless those actions are contrary to the provision of defending yourself against the charges held against you.

That you agree to provide or request any documentation that has been requested from you by the assigned member and that you shall do this within the time persons stipulated by the assigned member.

You agree that you will not conduct yourself in a way in which further charges could be laid against you.

You agree and acknowledge that the ‘PROTECTION AGAINST CONVICTION Protocol will only be enacted and operated by the B.R.A.W.L if you have completed the ‘Official Incident Report’ OIR within 24 hours of the Event of which the charges against you arise from, unless by special circumstances/injury or incarceration.

You agree that if it is called upon for a Universal Barring / Trespassing to take place as an Offender/s have risen to the level of which allowing these offenders entry into B.R.A.W.L bars and nightclubs would be an un-necessary danger for the members of B.R.A.W.L and the public we protect.

When a B.R.A.W.L wide Barring is to be initiated our members will receive an Offender packet which will contain the relevant materials and threat / Danger level of the offender/s and Identifying photo.

If requested our members once receiving this intel offender packet will print this intel and add it to the B.R.A.W.L folder held at the premises where the trespass will protect.

You acknowledge and agree that at any time when operational at any Venue that if given the directive from B.R.A.W.L CENTRAL that an Offender/s have been universally barred under the Universal Barring Systems of B.R.A.W.L then you shall enforce that Barring / Trespassing of that Offender/s from what ever bar/club/venue that you are operational in within the target area and shall keep enforcing that barring up until the date of which the trespass notification / warning is stationed for.

You agree to enforce all Universal Barring Systems Trespass Notifications at all times and will undertake any and all precautions against any danger or threat attributing to the trespassing of the Offender/s and if you are unable to enforce the Universal Barring Systems trespass Notification that you will contact B.R.A.W.L CENTRAL immediately to give reason why.

If a member of the Brotherhood is assaulted to the level of a Crime within their Country/s Legislation, and if after the Assessment of the completed OIR it is found that an assault/s have taken place against our member, and in the event that Local Law enforcement, Crown Prosecutors or District Attorneys have not filed proper charges against the offenders who attacked our member/s then after consideration by B.R.A.W.L Senior Legal Council is taken Protocol JUSTICE – JUST US may be initiated.

B.R.A.W.L shall start begin the process of filing charges of Assault against the offenders listed in the OIR in the nearest Court to where the offence took place.

The B.R.A.W.L under the JUSTICE – JUST US Protocols will ensure that charges are filed against the correct offenders and that the process of operating a Private Prosecution is undertaken in the members Judicial System of which the B.R.A.W.L shall be motivated to bring about a Conviction/s against those persons whom harm or hurt or Assault any member of the Brotherhood.

WORD IS BOND POLICY.

The Global Brotherhood of B.R.A.W.L is built upon the foundations of Brotherhood, Loyalty, Resect and Honor. The Global Society holds its members to the highest standard, The Global Society recognizes the old ‘Code’ of ‘Word is Bond’ and as such has adopted this Old Code as a Policy within the B.R.A.W.L towards its members and now enforces this Policy throughout the B.R.A.W.L and all of its mechanisms.

The B.R.A.W.L accepts each of its Members Word is Bond, this means that for every time a Member of the Brotherhood accepts or agrees to undertake any request, task, assignment, project , research requirement or other given, delivered or assigned to them by the B.R.A.W.L Global Society that it is accepted under the WORD is BOND policy, where upon if the official member fails their duty in the output of the request of which they agreed upon, that a Notice of a breach of the WORD is BOND Policy is placed within the official members B.R.A.W.L Human Resource Folder.

If the member breaches the Word is Bond Policy 3 times within any period of 16 months, that the member will be suspended from the B.R.A.W.L and must undertake any direction given to them by the B.R.A.W.L Integrity and Enforcement agency, The OBSIDIAN ORDER.

The outcome of the investigation by the OBSIDIAN ORDER towards the Member will be one of reinstatement, release or execution from the B.R.A.W.L.

You acknowledge and agree to the ‘Word is Bond’ Policy, you agree that if you give your word in accepting and instructions given to you by a Senior Official of the B.R.A.W.L that you shall undertake and complete the instruction’s and its parameters its agreed upon output.

You acknowledge and agree that if you fail to complete the agreement between yourself and the Senior B.R.A.W.L Official that it is a breach of the ‘Word is Bond’ Policy and that it will be noted within your B.R.A.W.L Human Resource Folder, and that if you breach the ‘Word is Bond’ Policy 3 times within a 16 month period that you shall undertake an investigation and outcome of the B.R.A.W.L Integrity and Enforcement agency, The OBSIDIAN ORDER.

 

  • All B.R.A.W.L Official Members who are registered as ‘VETERAN’, are to be held in the same Standard as those who are ‘Operational’ members of the B.R.A.W.L.

  • All Veterans come under the FALLEN Policies of the B.R.A.W.L and as such the process of assessment is conducted and completed for the FALLEN Policies to become enacted upon the Veteran.

  • Veterans are classed as ‘Non-operational’ members, they do not have to complete the ‘Official Forms’ Protocols.

  • The Veterans are not covered by the ‘Protection Against Conviction’ Policy and protocol unless the Veteran has completed all senior level educations set down for the Senior Bouncers of B.R.A.W.L (SBB).

     

  • If a Veteran has completed the Senior Level Education systems, they are subject to the same terms and conditions as an Operational Member of the B.R.A.W.L.

THE WAR RIGHT POLICY AND PROTOCOL

The WAR RIGHT Protocol.

As an Official member of the B.R.A.W.L, each of our members comes under the B.R.A.W.L Global Protection System, this Protection System is always activated when an official member is in operation.

 

There are many mechanisms, processes, procedures and tools which the Global Society uses in protecting our members.

The ‘War Right’ Protocol is one of these mechanisms.

‘If ever, one of our members are engaged with the local police for an incident of which has taken place during our members operations, and that at some stage of that operation or after such operations that the local police read our member their ‘Rights’ as set out in their laws, that the ‘War Right’ Protocol is enacted’.

The ‘War Right’ Protocol is upholding ‘All’ Rights which are given and stipulated to our member by the Local Law enforcement relating to the operations of our member.

At no stage after the member has been read their rights are they to ever give up their ‘Right to Remain Silent’, even under threat of arrest.

The member may transgress information’s upon the incident, to assist police in their operations, at any stage prior to the reading of their Rights if our member decides to in providing information’s to assist in the operations of our member, but once our member is read their ‘Rights’ they are to ‘NOT’ give up their ‘Right to Remain Silent’ and from that point onwards will follow the Process of ‘Protection against Conviction’ Protocol and any other process or procedure set down by the B.R.A.W.L in protecting our official member.

If upon being read their rights by a law enforcement officer, our official members are to inform the Law Enforcement Officer that:

 

“Under the Global Society’s protocols, You have to enforce the ‘War Right’ Protocol, which is to Never give up any of ‘Your Rights.”

You acknowledge and agree to enforce the ‘War Right’ Protocol, and that if ever you are read your rights by a law enforcement officer regarding an incident involving yourself while in operations representing the B.R.A.W.L you are to uphold the ‘War Right’ Protocol and not give up any of your rights, and to inform the officer of this Protocol either before or after ‘Your Rights’ have been read to you.

You agree to undertake the processes and procedures educated to you by the Global Society of which are to give you protection under the B.R.A.W.L Global Protection System.

You acknowledge and agree that if you breach any of your rights at any time past the time that you are read your rights by a law enforcement officer, that you may not be covered by the ‘Protection against Conviction’ Policy and protocol under the B.R.A.W.L Global Protection System.

THE VETERAN POLICIES

All B.R.A.W.L Official Members who are registered as ‘VETERAN’, are to be held in the same Standard as those who are ‘Operational’ members of the B.R.A.W.L.

All Veterans come under the FALLEN Policies of the B.R.A.W.L and as such the process of assessment is conducted and completed for the FALLEN Policies to become enacted upon the Veteran.

THE FALLEN POLICIES

‘BURY OUR OWN’ Policy.

If in the event and when in operation as a SOCIETY Bouncer, any member of the SOCIETY is murdered / Killed, the SOCIETY shall implement the

 

SOCIETY BURY OUR OWN Policy.

 

The SOCIETY shall assign a ‘Support Coordinator’ for our FALLENS family so as to provide and direct assistance from the International Brotherhood.

The Society shall provide Financial assistance for Funeral and Other such costs occurred by activation of the FALLEN Policy and its Clauses.

The SOCIETY shall immediately or at its earliest possible convenience contact our FALLENS Family and provide them with this Support and Relief.

COUNSELLING AND RELIEF – ‘CHILDREN OF THE FALLEN’ Policy.
The Counselling and Relief Children of the FALLEN Policy is a Society’s Policy which is enacted if our FALLEN has children and / or Partners.

The Families of our FALLEN are those who Grieve the most and at a time when your Family needs a helping and caring hand.

The SOCIETY shall if needed/requested or otherwise provide counselling and/or other type of assistance needed to care for our FALLENS Children and Partner.

‘WE LOOK AFTER OUR OWN’

The ‘GIFT of the FALLEN’ Policy.

For all of our SOCIETY FALLEN the SOCIETY implements the Policy and Protocols of the ‘GIFT OF THE FALLEN’ Policy.


As Senior Bouncers, most are Dads and Mum’s. This FALLEN Policy allows the International Brotherhood to show their Kids that the Bouncer Only Society that they Joined really is a Brotherhood.

One that sends Birthday Presents and Christmas presents every year to our FALLENS Children.

 

Yes. That is EXACTLY what we do.

Every Year, without skipping a beat.

 

 

If our FALLEN at the time of passing, had dependent children under the age of 18, each child shall:

  • be sent cards and gift/s for each of their Birthdays and
  • if under our FALLENS Culture or Religion has Christmas and / or other ‘Type’ Public Celebration, Christmas or ‘Celebration’ gifts shall be sent to each FALLENS Child.

 

The GIFT OF THE FALLEN shall continue for each of our FALLEN Children up until the time that our FALLENS children have reached the age of 18 years of age.

SOCIETY Partner and FIRST-BORN Policy and Protocol.

At the First year after the event of a FALLEN, the SOCIETY shall implement the ‘PARTNER AND FIRST-BORN’ Protocol.

If by nomination or other, the First Born of our FALLEN shall be given entry into the SOCIETY during the B.R.A.W.L Tradition of the FALLEN.

This time period is from the Date of every year at ‘27th October till the 3rd November’ (inclusive).

 

If a person has not been nominated by our FALLEN, then by way of the SOCIETY ‘Support Coordinator’ assigned to our FALLEN Family an Immediate Family member of the FALLEN may be nominated.

WHAT ARE THE MAIN RULES FOR MEMBERSHIP

The Global Society has a few Rules that our members follow and strictly enforce.

It must be understood that once you become a member of the Society, that you are always Representing the Society and as such you come under the Rules of Membership.
The Main Rule is the

Rule of RESPECT.

RULES

ALWAYS UPHOLD

  • Respect the Rules of Respect.

  • Show and practice Respect towards all Members of the B.R.A.W.L.

  • Protect the Integrity of the B.R.A.W.L

  • Represent the Brotherhood in a Positive and Professional manner.

     

  • Protect the members of your community at all times.

  • Follow the Communication Protocols within the B.R.A.W.L 

  • Pass all Mandatory Global Senior Education.

  • Enforce the Rules of the Society.

  • Be there when you are most needed.

RULES

NEVER

  • Bring the B.R.A.W.L into Disrepute by any action, inaction or Behavior.

  • Fight with another Member of the B.R.A.W.L.

  • Be ejected or removed from a Bar, Club or Venue by Force after being given the option to walk out peacefully.

  • Threaten any person or other with the B.R.A.W.L.

     

  • Breach any of the B.R.A.W.L Protocols or Policies.

  • Commit a Crime as outlined in the Crimes Criteria of the B.R.A.W.L within the community.

  • Commit an Immoral or unethical act or behavior towards a Member of the B.R.A.W.L.

  • Mislead or Lie to any B.R.A.W.L Official Member, Administration or Member of the OBSIDIAN ORDER.

  • Be there when you are most needed.

‘If ever, one of our members are engaged with the local police for an incident of which has taken place during our members operations, and that at some stage of that operation or after such operations that the local police read our member their ‘Rights’ as set out in their laws, that the ‘War Right’ Protocol is enacted’.

The ‘War Right’ Protocol is upholding ‘All’ Rights which are given and stipulated to our member by the Local Law enforcement relating to the operations of our member.

At no stage after the member has been read their rights are they to ever give up their ‘Right to Remain Silent’, even under threat of arrest.

The member may transgress information’s upon the incident, to assist police in their operations, at any stage prior to the reading of their Rights if our member decides to in providing information’s to assist in the operations of our member, but once our member is read their ‘Rights’ they are to ‘NOT’ give up their ‘Right to Remain Silent’ and from that point onwards will follow the Process of ‘Protection against Conviction’ Protocol and any other process or procedure set down by the B.R.A.W.L in protecting our official member.

If upon being read their rights by a law enforcement officer, our official members are to inform the Law Enforcement Officer that:

 

“Under the Global Society’s protocols, You have to enforce the ‘War Right’ Protocol, which is to Never give up any of ‘Your Rights.”

You acknowledge and agree to enforce the ‘War Right’ Protocol, and that if ever you are read your rights by a law enforcement officer regarding an incident involving yourself while in operations representing the B.R.A.W.L you are to uphold the ‘War Right’ Protocol and not give up any of your rights, and to inform the officer of this Protocol either before or after ‘Your Rights’ have been read to you.

You agree to undertake the processes and procedures educated to you by the Global Society of which are to give you protection under the B.R.A.W.L Global Protection System.

You acknowledge and agree that if you breach any of your rights at any time past the time that you are read your rights by a law enforcement officer, that you may not be covered by the ‘Protection against Conviction’ Policy and protocol under the B.R.A.W.L Global Protection System.
