Communications

The Society is linked through a Network of Communications and Operations. That COMMS system links 3 Elements that Provide the Intel that allowes us to provide our Members the Protections that we as a Society Uphold.

Created and Designed for all Senior Members when in Operations.
All Senior Commissioned Members will be Standardizing the OOR and OIR as an Occupational Norm.
The BSB are first  to implemnet the COMMS systems.
Reports in our Germany Legion are the same as Regina Canada and New Zealand. with the BSB that brings the COMMS into 5 Legions and SBB will bring another 9 Legions into the COMMS Network.

PROCEEDURES

The OOR and OIR are collated into your Human Resource Development Folder and CENTRAL Administration. The Procedures for following are posted inside the Intel Packet.

Each Members Resource Development Folder is accessible at anytime and is Part of our Senior Membership.  Mandatory Protocols for Rules and Process for the ‘Protection of Members’ Policy of the Society.

The Society has Members which it Commissions to the Level of Mentor/ Tutor / Teacher / Assessor.

These Levels can only be held by:

  1. SBB (SENIOR BOUNCERS OF B.R.A.W.L) or those holding the status of

  2. BSB (B.R.A.W.L SENIOR BOUNCER).

 

Our Senior Policies for Commissioned Members are now to enforce that all our Commissioned Members complete Official Reports each time they end an operation.

ALL MEMBERS MUST COMPLETE FORMS

You acknowledge and agree that every time you end an operation at any venue where you have been representing the B.R.A.W.L that you will complete and submit an OOR unless extenuating circumstances exists where upon you do not have access to the internet to complete the OOR, such as arrest, Fire/Building evac or Bomb threat, Death or other reasonable cause.

You acknowledge and agree that by not completing a OOR within ‘5’ hours of ending an operation that you may not be covered by the B.R.A.W.L ‘Protection against Conviction’ Policy and protocols under the B.R.A.W.L Global Protection Systems for our members.

You acknowledge and agree that if an event of a physical nature takes place during an operation where you are employed as a Bouncer and you either do not complete and submit  a B.R.A.W.L OOR report or submit an OOR for that operation and do not, within the Report, enter information’s regarding the Physical Altercation, that you may not be covered by the ‘Protection against Conviction’ Policy and Protocols under the B.R.A.W.L Global Protection Systems.

You acknowledge and agree that submitting a B.R.A.W.L OOR of which contains misleading information’s in relation to the operations of which the report is created for stops you from being covered by the ‘Protection against Conviction’ policy and protocol.

You acknowledge and agree that submitting a Misleading B.R.A.W.L OOR or an ‘Official Incident Report’ (OIR) may have your B.R.A.W.L Membership at any level, suspended, released or executed.

You acknowledge and agree that if an incident of a Physical or other Nature takes place while you are in operations, and that such an event leads to charges being laid upon you in relation to the incident and you have not completed the Official Incident Report (OIR), that you may not be covered by the ‘Protection against Conviction’ policy and protocol of the B.R.A.W.L Global Protection system.
